Direct image reception from CR systems
Digitizing X-ray images using scanners (Hipax WS 4)
Video grabbing (Hipax WS 4)
Reading cardiac DICOM CDs
Image import/export

Image Processing
Different tools are available for image processing and optimization

All types of medical images (CR, US, CT, MRI, cardiac cine-loops, etc.)
Image optimization, subsequent processing (window levelling, filters)
Image processing (window leveling, dynamics, etc.)
3D image processing (Volume Rendering, MIP, MinIP, MPR) (Hipax DW)
Multiplanar reconstruction (Hipax DW)
Measurements
Printing on DICOM printer or standard printer

Diagnostic and Viewing
The images can be viewed or shown in lectures, conferences or X-ray demonstrations. Diagnoses can be made using special monitors.
Monitors for diagnosis must be certified according to the of the Guideline 93/42/EEC of the Council of Medicine Products.
