Hipax Diagnostic Workstation Version 2.1.0

New modules and developments of the Hipax Diagnostic Workstation version 2.1.0:

	Stitching New module to merge several images, e.g., to display long leg or full body X-rays. The transparency of the images can be adjusted to simplify the matching procedure. The currently active image is marked using a color. The position of the images can be changed using the mouse.
	CyclopusCAD New module as an optional extension to the Hipax Mammography module by the capable CAD program CyclopusCAD to detect breast cancer even at an early stage. Adjusting the sensibility using a scroll bar. Changing between different display modes: geometric symbols or contour display.
	Intelligent Loading of MRI Series The scout image (“Localizer”, “Survey”) of MRI series is of interest for the radiology assistant, but not for the consultant. Using “intelligent loading”, the Hipax DW skips the scout image automatically and displays only images relevant for reports.
	Patient CD Encryption The scout image (“Localizer”, “Survey”) of MRI series is of interest for the radiology assistant, but not for the consultant. Using “intelligent loading”, the Hipax DW skips the scout image automatically and displays only images relevant for reports.
	Patient CD Viewer New button on the image processing user interface to decrease or increase the image size. Writing and marking function. Image export in JPEG format. Measurements, text and markings are burned into the images.
	Scaled DICOM Print X-rays can be printed true to scale (1:1) on film, for example, to enable measurements.
	Cancel DICOM Send Process New button in the DICOM send list to cancel the DICOM Send process.
	Increased Logging Easy detection of errors in DICOM communication.

Hipax PACS Broker

New Hipax Program PACS Broker to configure and combine server services individually. The following modules are available:

	DICOM Router Autorouting, DICOM Email, Gateway DICOM Send/DICOM Email or DICOM Email/ DICOM Storage.
	System Multiplexer Forwarding and multiplexing DICOM Queries or Worklist queries. Thus, a user can query several servers for an image at the same time, or a modality can query several worklist servers for worklists at the same time.
	Web Gate Provides a web interface including web viewer to existing PACS servers without own web interface.

Hipax CD Importer

The new Hipax Program CD Importer is able to import images from patient CDs or archiving media, manually from the local drive or automatically using a robot. Possible applications are:

	Import of Old Archvinging Media Automatic import of images from old archiving media to a new PACS using a CD/DVD robot.
	Import of Patient CDs Manual import of images from patient CDs to the PACS using a local drive. Changing image data in the DICOM header, e.g., to adapt the patient ID to the systematic of the own hospital or to correct wrongly written names.

Hipax CD/DVD Robot Manager Version 2.4

New developments for the Hipax CD/DVD Robot Manager version 2.4:

	New User Interface Now, configuration and usage of the program is even more easy.
	Encrypted Patient CDs Hipax Patient CDs can be encrypted (AES) to prevent data abuse. To open an encrypted Hipax Patient CD, a password needs to be entered. Passwords are individually generated for each single Patient CD.
	Compatibel to the Latest Versions of Robot Drivers The Hipax CD/DVD Robot Manager provides interfaces to Rimage OfficeNet Software Suite from version 8, and to Primera PT-Burn SDK-Server version 2 or 3.

Hipax Diagnostic Workstation Version 2.0.2

New developments for the Hipax Diagnostic Workstation version 2.0.2:

	DICOM Print for Mammography Images Printing mammography images, the text is arranged corresponding to the place names. This avoids to cover of image information.
	Patient CD Viewer Creating patient CDs the user can select, whether or not the Hipax patient CD viewer has to be burned to the CD.
	Image Processing: 3D Cursor If two or more series of a multilayer study are loaded, the function SHIFT + right mouse button can be used to set a point into one series, which then appears in all loaded series of the study. Moving the point in one series, it is also moved in the other series.
	Take Filters and LUTs to Cropped Image Area Cropping an image area, the same filter settings and LUT used to the original image are also used to the crop.
	New Series Tiles From version 2.0.2 the Hipax DW also provides the series area layouts 4×4 and 5×5.
	Email Function Images can be sent per Email using the MAPI interface. This function is available in the “File” menu. The transmission is made from the Email client given as default.
